Michel Brafman

Michel Brafman serves as the Chief Operating Officer at REUNION AERIENNE & SPATIALE since February 1995, overseeing operations and focusing on innovation and business intelligence in aviation and space risk insurance. Additionally, Michel holds the position of President of Section IV at the Académie de l'air et de l'espace, contributing to various think tank activities related to navigation, cybersecurity, and aerospace. Michel has played a significant role in the FFSA as President of both the Cyber Transport Working Group and the Space Working Group. Furthermore, Michel is involved in the Space Risks Study Group at IUAI. Previous experience includes managing space environment applications at Novespace and consulting for technology at INSERM. Michel's academic credentials include degrees from ESSEC Business School, Centrale Lille, Pierre and Marie Curie University, and Columbia University, spanning fields from engineering to molecular biophysics.
