Rick Howes

Rick Howes is a seasoned executive in the mining industry, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Reunion Gold Corporation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Howes has held various prominent positions, including Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Torex Gold Resources Inc. since June 2020, and Non-Executive Director at Hudbay Minerals from May 2019 to May 2023. Additionally, Howes was a Non-Executive Director at Signal Gold Inc. from December 2021 to March 2023 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Precious Metals from November 2010 to May 2020. Earlier in the career, Howes was General Manager and Executive Director at Chelopech Mining EAD. Howes holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Mining, from Queen's University, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
