Dorothée Briand

Daphne R. is an experienced executive and leadership coach currently serving as Fractional Chief of Staff at D. Roth Group, where strategic guidance and support are provided to executives, particularly for startups and established companies. Holding over 20 years of diverse leadership experience, Daphne is also a founding member of the Chief of Staff Roundtable and runs a coaching practice, DaphneOdette Coaching, focusing on executive leadership development and personal growth. Prior roles include owner of DoR Interactive, Vice President of Marketing at Winegard Company, Growth Director at Method Engine, and Account Director at Leo Burnett Worldwide, where significant contributions to marketing strategy and operational efficiency were made.
