Currently working at Reuters News Agency since February 2018, Francis has previously served as Chief Photographer at Indus Images from November 2013 to January 2018 and as a Product Planner at Sportz Interactive from March 2010 to May 2012. Educational qualifications include a degree in Photojournalism from Udaan School of Photography (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce (2004-2009), following secondary education at St. Stanislaus High School (2002-2004).
