Gabrielle Fonseca Johnson

Gabrielle Fonseca Johnson is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in editorial and photographic roles. Currently serving as South Asia Editor at Reuters Pictures since May 2011, Gabrielle has also held positions such as Senior Editor and Picture Editor for The Wider Image. Prior to this, Gabrielle worked as a Picture Researcher at The Sunday Times and as a Freelance Photographer for Tate, among other roles. Educational background includes a degree in History with a focus on the Modern History of Africa, Asia, and the Middle East from SOAS University of London and further studies in Photography and Urban Culture at Goldsmiths, University of London.
