Sakshi Dayal

Sakshi Dayal is a seasoned journalist currently serving as the South Asia Breaking News Correspondent for Reuters News Agency since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sakshi was the Principal Correspondent at Times of India from September 2021 to December 2022, where coverage focused on infrastructure and heritage projects in Gurgaon. Sakshi's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Correspondent and Correspondent at The Indian Express from March 2016 to August 2021, covering Gurgaon and its surrounding districts. An early career included an internship with The Indian Express in December 2015 and an editorial internship at POLIS, LSE's Media Think Tank from October 2014 to July 2015. Sakshi holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Miranda House College.
