Shane Tietjens

Shane Tietjens is a senior international news journalist with over 15 years of experience in the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as an Output Editor at Reuters TV since July 2018, Shane has demonstrated a strong motivation and ambition throughout a diverse career. Prior experience includes roles as an Intake/Output Editor at The Associated Press from July 2007 to July 2018, where management of a team of journalists took place, and as an Assignment Editor at TVNZ from July 2004 to July 2006. Educational qualifications include studies at Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2004.
