A.J. Tracey

A.J. Tracey has a diverse work experience in the financial and investment industry. In 2008, they started as an Analyst at Jefferies & MHT Partners and later became an Associate & Senior Associate at CIC Partners from 2011 to 2014. A.J. then worked as a Vice President at Kainos Capital from 2016 to 2019, followed by a role as a Principal at TIAA Global Asset Management in 2019-2020. In 2020, they became the Managing Principal at Lagom Endeavors, a private investment holding company, where they served until 2022. In the same year, A.J. Tracey took on new positions as an Adjunct Professor at UWGB Austin E. Cofrin School of Business and as an Investor at Cartess Investment Partners. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rev 1 Packaging, starting in December 2022.

A.J. Tracey's education history includes studying Economics & American History at Brown University. Following that, they pursued an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Most recently, in 2019, A.J. Tracey participated in the Agribusiness Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
