Karen Rinaldi, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, has over 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience. Karen is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Revolutionary Clinics since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Ayr Wellness Inc. from December 2018 to March 2023. Karen also served as the Human Resources Manager at Aetna Corp. from November 2017 to November 2018 and as the Director of Human Resources at Athena Capital Advisors from May 2007 to September 2017. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated expertise in strategy and planning, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and benefits administration. Karen has successfully collaborated with senior management to conduct Human Resources strategic planning to support company goals.

Karen Rinaldi, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, has an Executive Development Degree/Certification in Retail from Myers Emporium Ltd, Western Australia. Their field of study during their degree was Retailing and Retail Operations. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including CEBS from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in September 2015, SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015, and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2012.
