Rod Rushing

Rod Rushing is an Executive Leader with extensive leadership experience in industrial product, contracting and services industries, recognized for leading organizations in both start-up and turnaround, establishing strategy and business models that drive profitable growth. Rod previously served as the Vice President & President – Building Technologies and Solutions North America, of Johnson Controls International plc., and as Global Vice President and General Manager, Global Products – Direct Expansion Technologies of Johnson Controls. After a 30-year career at Johnson Controls, he joined the REV Group in March of 2020 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and as the President and Chief Executive Officer since that time. Rod has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology and a MBA from Southern Illinois University.
