Christiane Scudeler has worked in the travel industry since 2006. Christiane started at Submarino Viagens as a Consultora de Cruzeiros Marítimos Nacionais e Internacionais. In 2008, they joined Decolar as a Coordenadora de Operações e Treinamento - Customer Service, where they were responsible for planning and organizing training for internal and external Customer Service teams, overseeing selection processes for external agents, organizing internal training events and events promoted by suppliers, creating training content and materials, managing and implementing training projects, and implementing external operations. Christiane later moved to the role of Supervisora de Vendas e Pós Vendas, where they managed the package and cruise team, closed bonuses, created vacation and shift schedules for managers and employees, monitored KPIs to ensure goal completion, provided support for website automation projects, and participated in the implementation of the Customer Relations area. In 2021, they joined Rêv Worldwide as an Account Manager - Itaú Global Wallet.

Christiane Scudeler completed a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Gestão de Negócios em Serviços from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 2016 and 2018. In 2002 to 2005, they attended Centro Universitário Assunção without obtaining a degree. Christiane also completed an Exchange program in English Language from EF Vancouver in 2019 and from EF Toronto in 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from MF Treinamentos. In 2020, they obtained an AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Um Novo Modelo de Gestão nas Organizações (8hs) from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a CCD | Inovação from Ibmec, and an EF SET English Certificate 53/100 (B2 Upper Intermediate) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
