Jami Peets

Jami Peets has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience research and design. They are currently working as a Principal User Experience Researcher at Rev. Prior to that, Jami worked at Charles Schwab as a User Experience Research Manager in the Innovation Labs department and also as a Senior User Experience Researcher in the Intelligent Assistant and Innovation Labs teams. They have also worked as a User Experience Researcher at Freelance and projekt202. Jami has a background in UX design and research, having worked as a UX Designer and Researcher at the University of Cincinnati and as a Design Director at Mountain Valley Seed Company. They also have experience in graphic design, having worked as a Graphic Designer at Sterling ATM, Novatek Inc, BYU Harold B. Lee Library, and iComm Media. Throughout their career, Jami has been involved in various projects and has received recognition for their work.

Jami Peets has a Master of Design degree in Design Research from the University of Cincinnati. They also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology and Engineering Education from Brigham Young University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho. In addition, Jami has obtained a certification in Analytics and User Experience from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2021.
