Michaela Kennedy, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Culture Operations at Revalia Bio, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Michaela was with livingHR, Inc. for six years, where roles included Chief Transformation Officer and VP of Innovation + Platforms, focusing on improving workplace culture and talent experiences. Michaela also held multiple positions at WilsonHCG from 2014 to 2017, including Learning and Development Consultant, contributing to global talent development and training initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida, as well as an HR Intern at the Hilton Conference Center. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Law from the University of Florida, along with coursework from the ECELA Spanish School.
