James Bauserman

James Bauserman began their work experience as a Field Sales Engineer at Baldor Electric Company in June 2015. James then joined Configure One in June 2018 as a Senior Solutions Engineer and remained in that role until June 2021. In June 2021, Bauserman joined Revalize as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where they later transitioned to the role of Sales Enablement Manager in January 2022. James then progressed to Senior Sales Enablement Manager, VP of Sales, and finally Senior Manager Sales Enablement before becoming the Director of Sales Enablement at Revalize in February 2024.

James Bauserman attended Purdue University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
