Alejandro Cortes has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Customer Account Executive at Comcast Cable, where they interacted with customers via inbound telephone calls to assist with inquiries and issues involving Xfinity products. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Apple Care Advisor at Apple, where they helped customers troubleshoot and repair all Apple mobile and desktop devices. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Closer - Sales Liaison at Acorn Stairlifts, Inc., where they assisted Field Sales Team members during closing onsite sales. Since 2019, they have been an Account Executive at Atlantic.Net Inc., where they educate customers on all Atlantic.Net cloud, dedicated server, and colocation business solutions. In 2022, they will become the Director of Client Success at Revaluate.

Alejandro Cortes received their High School Diploma from Victor Senior High School. Alejandro then went on to obtain a Full Stack Web Developer Certificate from the University of Central Florida in Web Design and Development.
