Rumi Naito is currently the Impact Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Lead at Revalue Nature, where Rumi designs conservation impact initiatives globally. Rumi also works as an Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia, conducting research on behavior change interventions. With a PhD in Resources, Environment and Sustainability, Rumi studied human behavior in conservation settings and strategies for promoting environmental sustainability. Previously, Rumi has worked at Starling Resources and the World Agroforestry Centre on projects related to natural resources management and climate change. Overall, Rumi has a strong background in conservation psychology and environmental sociology.
