Michaella Ochotorena

Michaella Ochotorena is a design engineer at Revamp Engineering, Inc., with experience in both design and research roles. Prior experience includes serving as a research assistant at Cal Poly Mechanical Engineering, where a focus was placed on enhancing thermal comfort in classrooms and evaluating energy-efficient strategies using simulation tools. Michaella has contributed to community-building efforts as a resident advisor and has gained valuable insights into grid-interactive efficient buildings during an internship with RMI. Educational background includes a degree in General Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Energy from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a high school diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Cosumnes Oaks High School.
