Vivek Rao

Vivek Rao is currently the Chairman & Independent Non-Executive Director at Revasum. Prior to this, they served as BluGlass Limited's (ASX: BLG) Previous Company. Before that, Vivek was with SPT Microtechnologies USA, Inc. as their Previous Company. Vivek has also held the position of VP - ALD & Thermal Products at Aviza Technology from November 2003 to October 2009. In addition, they have also served as the Director - Customer Applications Engineering at ASML from January 2001 to October 2003. Vivek has also been the US Manager, Customer Applications Engineering at Silicon Valley Group from August 1999 to January 2001. Lastly, they have also served on the Board of Directors at SPP Technologies Co. Ltd.

Vivek Rao has a MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston and a BSEE in Electronics from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
