Mark Wood

Mark Wood is the current VP, Global Controller at Revature. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor from January 2016 to February 2017, where they assisted small and volunteer organizations with accounting, financial management and internal control issues. From April 2014 to October 2015, they were the Managing Director at Navient, responsible for Capital Markets Accounting, the Controllers Group GL Reconciliation process, Reg AB compliance, Earnings Release/10-Q Disclosures, and Securitization program cash flow modeling and analysis. Mark Wood began their career in 1987 as a Managing Director at Sallie Mae, where they worked for 27 years before moving to Navient.

Mark Wood has a type in Accounting and Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Mark also has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from George Mason University - School of Business. Lastly, they have a BA in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
