SVP, IT at Revature

Saravanan Regunath is the SVP, IT at Revature. Saravanan has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software development, systems analysis, and product management.

Saravanan started their career as a software engineer with Tata Infotech in 2000. Saravanan quickly rose through the ranks and became the Lead Systems Engineer within two years. In 2002, they left Tata Infotech to pursue a graduate degree in computer science at Clemson University. While at Clemson, Saravanan worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and was responsible for developing and implementing new software applications.

After graduating from Clemson in 2004, Saravanan worked as a software engineer for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Saravanan then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2005 as a systems analyst. There they worked on United Health Group's Member Revenue Reconciliation System, which loaded EDI transactions from various State Medicaid Agencies. In 2006, Saravanan left Cognizant to join CNSI as a Senior Development Manager.

At CNSI, Saravanan was responsible for developing and implementing Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) in multiple States. Saravanan also participated in multiple RFP/RFI responses and demonstrations to support Business Development. In 2017, they left CNSI to join CAQH as a Senior Solutions Architect. There they were responsible for strategy and products. Saravanan remained with CAQH until October 2019 when they joined Revature as the SVP, IT.

Saravanan Regunath has a certificate in Business Strategy from Cornell University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering (Human Computer Interaction) from Clemson University, and a B.E. in Engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Saravanan is also certified by the CMMI Institute as a CMMI Associate and by the Project Management Institute as a PMP.

Their manager is Ashwin Bharath, CEO. They are on a team with Kate Johnson - Head of US Talent Acquisition, Kyle Taylor - Senior Director, Employee Experience, and Leah Joyner - Director, HRIS. Some direct reports include Kurt Lesniewski - VP, Technology Operations, Arun Kumar - Director, Corporate IT.
