Casandra Bright has over eight years of experience in engineering and management roles, primarily at Revcor, where responsibilities include leading manufacturing engineering teams, developing training programs, performing data analysis, and executing long-term strategic planning. Notable achievements include serving as the technical lead on a $900k servo press project, improving operational efficiencies, and actively engaging in safety initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as an Interim Resident Director and Mechanical Engineering Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas, as well as internships at Marshalltown Co. and Cromwell Architects Engineers.
