Gautam Wadhwani

Gautam Wadhwani serves as the CEO and Founder of Catalyst Partners since September 2023, focusing on NGO advisory services. Currently, Gautam is also the Chief Financial Officer for both Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting and PSE Healthy Energy, positions held since July 2022 and January 2023, respectively. Previous roles include Partner and Lead of the Nonprofit Practice at Ravix Group and Interim Controller at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. Additionally, Gautam was the Director of Finance and Operations at Coral Reef Alliance and the Director of Finance and Administration at Earth Innovation Institute. Gautam's earlier career features significant leadership positions at Lehman Brothers, including Managing Director roles in various segments, and experience as Director at Deutsche Bank in Equity-Linked Capital Markets. Gautam holds a BSE in Computer Science Engineering and a BSEcon in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
