Emilie Tyan has over 8 years of work experience in various roles.

Emilie began her career in 2013 as a Jurist, Legal Trainee at Alcatel-Lucent, where whe worked on corporate governance, capital markets, and corporate governance.

In 2014, they worked as a Jurist at ADH Saint Cire cabinet d'avocats and as an Active Member at Conférence Olivaint.

Emilie also worked as a Recruitment Advisor at DUALIS Recrutement.

In 2016, she joined CHANEL as an HR Project Manager, where they worked on onboarding and off-boarding, administrative management, and HRIS implementation. Emilie also served as an HR Development Officer.

In 2019, she joined RATP Smart Systems as a Human Ressources Business Partner, where they managed recruitment, administrative and collective management, HRIS, and compensation and benefits.

In 2022, she joined Reveal and became the VP HR.
