Caitlin Matchett

Caitlin Matchett has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Caitlin started at JW Marriott Indianapolis as an Event Concierge, where they served as the main point of contact for the meeting/event planner and was responsible for effectively communicating with each department within the hotel to assure the accurate fulfillment of meeting/event planner needs and requests. Caitlin then moved on to Sigstr, where they held the roles of Channel Development Manager, Sr. Sales Development Representative, and Sales Development Representative. In 2020, they joined Terminus as a Partner Success Manager and Strategic Alliances Manager. Currently, they are a Member at Partnership Leaders and a Partner Success Manager at Reveal.

Caitlin Matchett obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Food Management with a minor in Interpersonal Relations from Ball State University between 2013 and 2017. Caitlin has also obtained certifications from Terminus, LinkedIn, Cvent, and ServSafe Certified. These certifications include The Account-Based Strategy Certification: Fundamentals from Terminus in April 2022, Strategic Partnerships from LinkedIn in July 2020, Cvent Supplier Network Certification, Indiana Server Certification, and ServSafe Manager Certification.
