Eitvydas Korsakas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality assurance and customer support. Eitvydas started their career in 2017 as a Help Desk employee at EPS LT, UAB, where they provided technical assistance to users. In 2018, they joined Revel Systems as a Customer Support Specialist Tier 1, where they assisted customers with their inquiries and issues. Eitvydas then progressed to the role of Tier 2, where they handled more complex customer problems. In 2019, Eitvydas became a Quality Assurance Specialist at Revel Systems, responsible for testing software and ensuring its quality. Eitvydas later became a Quality Assurance Lead, where they played a crucial role in defining testing strategies and procedures, as well as ensuring deadlines were met. In 2022, they were promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, and in 2023, they attained the position of Senior QA Manager at Revel Systems.

Eitvydas Korsakas received their Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and computer design from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Eitvydas pursued their education in this field from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Bronze Phish Level - Basics of Cyber Resilience from Phished in July 2023.
