Leo Takamura

Leo Takamura has extensive work experience in various industries, starting their career at Bank of America as an Assistant Manager. Leo then worked at Williams & Sonoma as an LP & Sales Audit, responsible for accounting and loss prevention. Leo later became the General Manager/Owner of Jun's Sushi Bar & Grill, where they managed restaurant operations. Leo then worked as a Consultant at Grape & Vine, providing restaurant consulting services. Leo also worked as an Assistant Manager at Caprinos Bistro, managing front of house restaurant operations. Leo served as a Regional Account Manager at New Age Wine & Spirits, handling sales and account management. Leo then transitioned to the technology sector, joining 808 Collective Media, LLC as a Front End Engineer. Leo developed software, managed website projects, and collaborated with different teams. Leo also worked at Rafter, Inc. as a Customer Satisfaction Systems and Analytics Lead, focusing on customer support and retention. In their most recent role at Revel Systems iPad POS, Leo served as the Director of IT, overseeing global IT infrastructure management and vendor strategy. Leo prepared analytics and metrics to demonstrate infrastructure solutions and asset management.

Leo Takamura has a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Management from Menlo College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned an Associate Degree in Accounting and Computer Business from Heald Business College from 1998 to 1999. Leo completed their high school education at Burlingame High School in 1995, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Leo also has certifications in various technical fields, including being a CMNA from Cisco Meraki since August 2016, a CCNA from Cisco since July 2015, an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator from Apple since March 2015, an Apple Certified Support Professional from Apple since February 2015, and an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple since May 2014. In addition, Leo obtained a Bartending Certificate from the San Francisco School of Bartending in 2008.
