Mark Harris

Mark Harris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark began their career in 1993 as a Research and Development professional at Stanford Human Genome Center, where they worked until 1997. Following this, they joined Affymetrix as a Visiting Research Scientist for a year. In 1997, they transitioned to Pangea Systems Inc./Doubletwist Inc. as a Technical Sales Manager. Mark then moved to DoubleTwist in 1998, working as a Senior Product Manager until 2000, and later as the Director of Product Management from 2000 to 2002. In 2004, they joined Sipcall.com Inc. as a Consultant for a year before becoming the Owner and General Manager of Epicenter Cafe in 2005. Mark held this role until 2015, when they joined Revel Systems as a Sr. Product Manager. At Revel Systems, they progressed to the positions of Director of Product Management in 2020 and Director of Product Marketing in May 2022, their current role.

Mark Harris graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1993. In September 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance.
