As the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Tracy oversees all legal and corporate secretarial matters for Revel. Tracy is an accomplished business leader and General Counsel with more than twenty-three years experience advising clients, including Boards of Directors and executive management for both public and privately held companies. Tracy's expertise includes complex commercial contracts, employment matters, litigation, intellectual property, board governance and risk and resource management. She also brings a deep background in the technology and software sector, having most recently worked with cutting-edge companies such as Comverge, Inc., InteliSecure, Inc. and MediaPro Holdings, LLC.
