Vilda Kuzminaite

Vilda Kuzminaite has had extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Vilda currently works as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Revel Systems, where they are part of the API team responsible for ensuring the quality of restaurant and retail software across the US and Europe.

Prior to their current role, Vilda worked at Lietuvos draudimas, AB for a period of six years. During this time, they held various positions including Quality Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Product Owner. Their assignments involved working on web applications, insurance systems, and licensing and exams systems.

Before joining Lietuvos draudimas, AB, Vilda worked at Tieto as a Senior Test Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing processes, requirements, and designing and executing test cases for various projects related to web shops, telecommunications, and elections in Finland. Vilda also utilized tools such as QC ALM, XML, SQL Developer, and Jira for test planning, control, and reporting.

Prior to Tieto, Vilda worked at Addendum Solutions as a Tester and Test Manager. Vilda was responsible for analyzing requirements, designing test cases, managing bugs and incidents, and preparing end-user documentation for web shops, telecommunications projects, and automation tool development. Vilda also had the opportunity to participate in the creation of an automation tool and its testing.

Vilda's early work experience includes a role as a Manager and Tester at JSC "PLIUS". In this position, they managed a customer service team, led internet marketing development (Google AdWords), conducted market research, and managed various internet systems such as CRM and CMS.

Throughout their career, Vilda has gained experience in a wide range of tools and frameworks such as SQL Server, Visual Studio, Google Analytics, and open source CMS systems.

Vilda Kuzminaite earned a Master of Computer Science degree from Vytauto Didžiojo Universitetas Alumni from 1995 to 2001. Vilda also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree during the same time period from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Vilda has earned several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Analyst certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2014, Vilda received the OMG-Certified UML Professional Fundamental (OCUP-F) certification from OMG. Finally, in 2010, they obtained the ISEB/ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certificate from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
