Enzo Benfanti

Enzo Benfanti has a long and varied work experience. Enzo began their career in 2010 as a Storefront Employee/Baker at Tim Hortons. In 2013, they worked as a Grocery Department employee at Tops Markets and as a Student Leader at SUNY Buffalo Engineering Department. Enzo also worked as a Research Assistant at SUNY Buffalo Engineering Department, where they independently investigated the synthesis of a macrocyclic molecule to increase durability and stereo-selectivity of catalyst activity. In 2015, they interned as a Manufacturing Engineering Associate at General Mills, where they optimized flow conditions and increased consistency in volumetric distribution in frosting production and packaging. Since 2016, Enzo has been employed at Scientific Design Company, Inc. where they have held various roles, including Manager, Data Analytics & Digitalization, Lead Engineer, Pilot Plants, Associate Engineer, Technical Services, and Process Engineer. In 2021, they began their current role as Director Of Operations and Product Manager at Revela.

Enzo Benfanti obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in September 2020. Enzo received their Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia Engineering in 2018, their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2016, and their High School diploma from Clarence Senior High School in 2012.
