Jay Rivera

Jay Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jay currently works as an Account Manager - Auctions at Revelation Machinery since 2023. Previously, they were a Sr. Account Manager at SIGMA Group from 2017 to 2022, where they specialized in asset management of equipment and managed business development for SIGMA Auction and Appraisal divisions. Prior to that, Jay worked as a Technical Sales Specialist at SIGMA Group from 2017 to 2021, where they negotiated the selling and buying of used equipment and maintained a client database. Jay also briefly worked as a Sales Associate at SIGMA Group in 2017.

Earlier in their career, Jay worked as a Technical Recruiter (contract) at BWX Technologies, Inc. in 2016, conducting full-cycle recruitment across various departments. Jay also served as a Recruiting Operations Officer at Army ROTC from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Jay has entrepreneurship experience, as they founded and served as the President of Krytiq Adult Sports League from 2014 to 2016. Furthermore, they have held roles as a Re-Employment Transition Coordinator (contract) at New Mexico Workforce Connection Central Region in 2014 and as an Enrollment Advisor at University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2014. Jay's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Manager at RadioShack in 2011.

Jay Rivera completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Chowan University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2020, they also obtained a Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
