Prior to that, Susann held various HR management positions at companies like UBS, Synovate, Neonet, Oracle, and Hyperion Solutions. Susann also has experience as a business owner in the health and wellness industry. Susann founded Enspire Coach & Consulting, providing HR consultancy and coaching services. Susann has a background in HR executive roles at Reuters and has pursued education at Stockholm University, Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut, and Lillsved Idrottshögskola.
