Bob Hughes

Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Hughes was formerly the Managing Director for The Synchrony Group, an Atlanta-based consultancy. Mr. Hughes has deep experience working with Private Equity/Venture Capital firms conducting due diligence, business strategy development, and execution of post-deal value creation projects across various industries. Prior to TSG, Mr. Hughes was the Chief Information & Technology Officer for The New York Racing Association, where he oversaw a dramatic technology transformation and improvements to the Customer Experience. Previously he held technology and operations leadership roles at McLarens, RSM McGladrey, Cogentes, and Ceridian Corporation. Mr. Hughes has gained tremendous experience in rapid growth and turnaround situations working within and on outside organizations of all sizes, both in North America and internationally.
