Aarthi Shyam

Aarthi Shyam has a strong background in technical support and quality assurance. From 2019 to present, they have been the Director of Technical Support at Revenera. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Tier III Technical Support at Revenera from 2019 to 2023. From 2011 to 2019, Aarthi worked as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer at Flexera. Aarthi also has experience as a Test Engineer at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2010 to 2011, and as a Software Test Engineer at Follett Software from 2009 to 2010. Aarthi's earlier experiences include working as a Software Test Engineer at Follett Higher Education from 2008 to 2009, a Consultant at Mascot Systems from 2001 to 2002, and an Associate Consultant at iGate from 2000 to 2001.

Aarthi Shyam began their education in 1992 at Chinmaya Vidhyalaya, where they studied for two years. Aarthi then attended the University of Madras from 1996 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Aarthi continued their education at Anna University from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.
