Oleks Mykhalchenko

Oleks Mykhalchenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oleks started their career in 2013 at DigitalFuture, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later moved on to become a Sales Lead. In 2017, they joined Wix.com and took on the role of Customer Care Representative, providing support to customers. Oleks later transitioned to the position of Product Specialist and eventually became a Mentor/Trainer, guiding and training others in their roles. Currently, Oleks is employed at Revenue Grid as an L1 technical support engineer.

Oleks Mykhalchenko earned a Master's degree in Philology from the National Aviation University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "API and Web Service Introduction" from Udemy in June 2023, and in "Web Design Beginning" from Projector Institute in May 2023.
