Michael Sheehan

Michael Sheehan currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Revenue Group, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance initiatives and maintaining high standards within account receivable management, particularly in medical debt recovery. With an extensive career at Revenue Group since 1994, Michael has also held the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, contributing to core services such as bad debt collections and medical billing. Additional experience includes a role as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Sales Loft and prior experience as Supervisor of Patient Access Services at Cleveland Clinic. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from John Carroll University and has earned certifications as a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) and Certified Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO).
