From 2009 to 2013, they worked at InsideTrack, initially as a Master Success Coach, delivering personalized coaching sessions to a diverse student population, and later as an Associate Campus Director, overseeing coaches and client relationships. They then worked at Uversity, Inc. as a Client Success Manager in the higher education sector.

In 2013, G Hernandez joined Twilio, Inc. as a Product Operations Specialist, managing inventory for communication solutions.
