Sandy Seliga

Sandy Seliga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2007, they started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Xerox Canada and then transitioned to the role of Learning Specialist, where they utilized Adobe Connect software to create interactive online learning experiences. Their responsibilities also included incorporating adult learning principles and gamification techniques to enhance the training materials. After Xerox, Sandy worked as an Account Manager and later as a National Account Manager for Xerox Canada's Managed Print Services division.

In 2013, Sandy joined Korn Ferry Hay Group, where they served as a Team Lead for Product Solutions in Canada and subsequently as a Sales Manager for the same division. At Korn Ferry Hay Group, they worked extensively in sales and managed product solutions.

Sandy's professional journey then led their to Gartner in 2017, where they became a Sales Manager for the Americas High Tech Large Enterprise division in Canada. Later, they transitioned to the role of a Client Executive, focusing on high-tech and telecom clients. Their responsibilities at Gartner included managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives.

In 2021, Sandy joined RHEA Group as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Go to Market, responsible for building and managing partnerships and overseeing commercial strategies. Sandy was later promoted to Vice President of Cyber Range Solutions, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing cybersecurity solutions.

Currently, Sandy is serving as the Director of Channels and Partnerships at Revenue.io, a company that helps customers achieve exponential revenue growth through autonomous learning and exceeding buyer expectations.

Throughout their career, Sandy has demonstrated strong sales, leadership, and partnership management skills, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Sandy Seliga obtained an Honours BA in Psychology and Communication Studies from York University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. After completing their undergraduate degree, Sandy attended Humber College from 2006 to 2007 and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

In addition to their formal education, Sandy has also obtained several certifications. Sandy became a Certified Human Resources Professional in September 2010 through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. In July 2015, they obtained the Talent Q - Dimensions & Elements Practitioner certification from Talent Q. Most recently, in January 2017, Sandy obtained the Culinary Nutrition Expert certification from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
