Chris Norton

Chris Norton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Chris began their career in 1988 as a Professional Ice Hockey Player/Assistant Coach for various leagues such as the NHL, AHL, and BISL. After retiring from hockey, Chris transitioned into the hospitality industry, starting as the Head of Student Services at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in 1998. Chris then moved on to Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, where they held multiple roles including Head of Recruitment, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Director of External Relations. In 2011, Chris joined Revenue Management Solutions as the Director of International Sales and later progressed to roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, Director of Consulting Services, and ultimately became the Vice President of Consulting Services in January 2018. Throughout their career, Chris has gained extensive experience working with leading restaurant brands worldwide in revenue management, pricing, menu optimization, and enhancing brand value.

Chris Norton attended Cornell University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel Administration. Chris then pursued their higher education at The Open University from 1999 to 2001, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, in 1994 and 1995, Chris attended New College Durham, where they completed a Further & Adult Education Teaching Certificate with a specialization in Teaching.
