Johane Ansell has extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Experience EU/ROW at Reverb since February 2021, Johane previously held positions at TicketSwap and Pepe Jeans London, managing order cycles, customer queries, and providing product information in English and French. With expertise in software such as SAP and MS Excel, Johane also has a background in the arts as an operatic soprano, performing with notable organizations including the Aradia Ensemble and Investec Opera Holland Park, after obtaining a Master of Music in Voice Studies from the University of Toronto.
