Radhika Kalia

Radhika Kalia has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Radhika began their career as a Management Trainee at Piccadilly Group of Hotels in 1992. Radhika then worked as an Executive Finance at Phoenix Group of Companies from 1995-1996. In 1996, they joined Samsung Electronics as the National Product Head for Microwave Ovens, where they stayed until 2004. From 2004-2005, they worked as a Senior Manager for Niche Products at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd. After that, they joined EXL Service as an Assistant Vice President for Talent Sourcing in 2005-2006. Radhika then joined HT Media Ltd in 2006, where they began as the General Manager for Media Marketing and later became the National Head for Hindustan Classified & Appointment Category. Radhika worked at HT Media Ltd until 2010. From 2010-2017, Radhika Kalia worked at Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility. Currently, they are the Managing Director at RLG Systems India Private Limited, overseeing e-waste management operations.

Radhika Kalia completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in 1992. Radhika then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University from 1993 to 1995. In 2011, they obtained an Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
