In 2011, Max began their career as a Management Assistant at A.Y.N. Fashion Accessories Ltd., where they worked until June 2013.
Following this, Max joined Zalando SE in November 2013 as a Buying Apparel Men/Fast Fashion specialist, where they stayed until September 2014.
In July 2016, Max became a Business Development Manager at Coureon Logistics GmbH, a position they held until November 2017.
From November 2017 to April 2019, Max worked at BAY CITY TEXTILHANDELS GMBH as Head of Productivity/Supplier Development.
In April 2019, Max founded their own company, maru.co, which they operated until November 2020.
Currently, Max is involved in another venture as a Co-Founder of reverse.supply, a position they have held since December 2020.
Max Grosse Lutermann graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, during their time at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, they also spent a year studying at Soochow University, focusing on International Business. Prior to attending university, Max completed a Diploma as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant at the German Swiss International School from 2011 to 2013.
