Maja Vučetić Ivković

Maja Vučetić Ivković is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People Operations Manager at ReversingLabs since February 2018, following a role as Senior Personnel Affairs Coordinator. In this capacity, Maja is responsible for monitoring HR measures, implementing marketing strategies for recruitment, and creating accurate job descriptions while working closely with management to ensure alignment with job requirements. Prior to ReversingLabs, Maja spent over two decades at HILL International Croatia as Managing Consultant, where responsibilities included managing search and selection projects, defining job profiles, conducting interviews, and overseeing management audits and outplacement projects. Maja holds a degree from the University of Zagreb.
