Nick Allen

Nicholas Allen is a seasoned architectural professional and development manager with extensive experience in the real estate and design sectors. Currently serving as Development Manager at Revesco Properties since April 2021, Nicholas also operates Nick Allen Design, a practice focused on planning, design, project feasibility, BIM consulting, 3D visualization, and custom fabrication. Previous roles include Development Project Manager at Focus Property Group, Associate University Architect at the University of Denver, and Project Architect at Davis Partnership Architects. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Kansas. An early career internship at Wilmotte and Associates in Paris further enriched Nicholas's expertise in high-end architectural design.
