Delicia strives to always do the right thing for her clients and team members. She is passionate about creating synergies between people, processes, and technology. In addition to her role as Director of Client Success, Delicia leads RevGen Partners’ Delivery Excellence initiative and co-leads the Diversity & Inclusion Council.

For over 20 years, Delicia has served clients and developed people as a management consulting leader. While working at Deloitte Consulting, she led large-scale business transformation initiatives within strategy and operations.
