Kristina Martic

Kristina Martic is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Demand Generation at Rocket.Chat since May 2021, Kristina also engages with the community as a member of RevGenius and as a partner at Hacking HR, a non-profit organization promoting collaboration in the HR and technology sectors. As the owner and freelance content writer at SparkSpot.co, Kristina specializes in topics related to HR Tech, digital marketing, and employer branding. Prior to current roles, Kristina held leadership positions in digital marketing at Semos Cloud and TalentLyft, focusing on inbound marketing strategies, lead generation, and content development. Additional experience includes teaching employer branding and recruitment marketing courses and directing marketing efforts at MHM Urgent Care. Kristina holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Orleans.
