Human Resources Coordinator at ReVIDA Recovery

Leslie Miller began their career in 2016 as a Human Resource Generalist for the US Army. In this role, they maintained records to ensure compliance with Army, state, and local laws regarding Human Resources functional matters. Leslie managed inventory worth over $100K and compiled data into spreadsheets for immediate supervisors, identified potential issues, counseled associates on benefits and compensation, created and presented numerous briefs and information, and examined documents and material for quality assurance. Additionally, they provided medical services to over 50 patients daily.

In 2022, Miller joined ReVIDA Recovery Centers, LLC as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they created new policies, maintained the HR budget, operated the benefits platform, created an onboarding process, trained new employees, assisted with newsletters, used lean six sigma principles to refine outdated processes, created events, traveled to centers to create cohesiveness, and used teamwork to help achieve accreditation.

Leslie Miller is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from American Military University, and has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Lamar University. Leslie also has several certifications, including Operational Excellence Foundations and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn, Hazmat Transportation Safety from the United States Department of Defense, Emergency Medical Technician, Basic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Red Cross.
