Zach Cox has a wealth of experience in customer success and account management roles. Zach began their career at ShopLocal as an Account Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Account Manager. In 2011, Zach joined Cofactor, where they served as the Director of Client Services for four years. Following their time at Cofactor, Zach joined Yext as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts and driving customer engagement. Zach then moved to ReviewTrackers, where they initially served as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Director of Customer Success. Currently, Zach holds the position of VP of Customer Success at ReviewTrackers, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Zach Cox completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Truman State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Zach also obtained a Customer Experience Management Certification from Accredible in December 2016.
