Michelle Portail-Grain has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Customer Support Manager at Revima since January 2006. In this role, Michelle acts as the primary liaison between customers and the repair workshop for Pratt & Whitney products, overseeing communication, repair progress updates, and coordination of shipments. Michelle’s career includes positions as Assistant Manager Engineering at Servier and Assistant Manager at ExxonMobil, as well as freelance business leadership from 1998 to 2002. Michelle holds a BTS degree in management for small and medium-sized enterprises from Barentin.
