Marcos Aruj Alvarez

Marcos Aruj Alvarez is a seasoned software engineering professional with significant experience in both management and development across multiple technology stacks. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Revinate since May 2022, Marcos has previously held various roles at Mismo, including Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, where expertise encompassed frontend and backend development using a range of frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, and Java Spring Boot. Prior to Mismo, Marcos held positions at Appcoast as a Mobile/Browser Software Engineer and Team Leader, and worked as a freelance developer and at Isthmus Costa Rica, First Fidelity, and Lidersoft. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information Systems Engineering with Project Management emphasis and Bachelor's degrees in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
